2015 應用於遠距醫療之互動問診系統

目前全世界已開發國家都面臨人口老年化的問題,而老年化所帶來的問題不單單只是勞動力下降,它伴隨著許多慢性疾病的發生且都需要長期受到照護。本研究設計一套遠距醫療互動問診系統,整合病患生理訊號與相關醫療影音資訊,利用資料庫系統為媒介,提供高品質的影音視訊功能使醫生與患者會診,並將患者的生理狀況傳輸至雲端供醫生診斷。本系統除了會診功能外,也可以應用於高品質之醫學視訊會議使用,以提供當地醫師能夠快速地獲取其他醫師或專家的建議。系統提供無失真的資料壓縮傳輸模式,在實際的測試中顯示系統能即時傳輸雙向影音訊號,並顯示病患生理訊號供醫師判讀外,且在頻寬不足時提供警訊。也能在病患送醫途中將相關資料同步儲存於資料庫中,讓遠端醫護人員可以即時判讀。希望本系統能改善偏遠地區就醫的問題,提高台灣長照品質。

 

Many developed countries around the world are currently facing the problem of aging population. Problems caused by this process not only results in a decline in labor force, but also the likelihood of occurrence in chronic diseases and the need in long-term care treatments. This study is to design an interactive telemedicine inquiry system that integrates the patient's physiological signals and any associated medical audio/ video information. By using the database system as a medium, the patient's physiological conditions can be sent to the cloud for any medical diagnosis and allow the provision of high-quality real-time videos for consultation. Besides providing the function of medical consultation, this system is also able to record high-quality videos in medical conferences so that local physicians can receive comments of other physicians or specialists faster. The system provides undistorted transmission of compressed information and displays real-time two-way video/audio signal transmission of the patient's physiological signals for the physician to examine. Physicians will also be alerted in situations where there is insufficient bandwidth. Moreover, in cases where a patient is on his or her way to the hospital, the system synchronizes any related information of the patient stored in the database so that medical staff can examine them remotely and simultaneously. This system hopes to improve the condition of medical treatments in remote areas and to improve the quality of long-term care in Taiwan.
