2018 利用感測技術與水氧功能建構智慧空氣清淨機

近年來空氣污染問題嚴重,長期暴露於空氣污染之下,會對人體的健康造成傷害,並提高呼吸道疾病、過敏、中風及癌症等風險。空氣清淨機可以過濾家中的空氣,改善室內空氣品質,然而使用上仍有一些盲點需要解決。人們僅能靠有限的感官或大區域的感測結果,來推估目前身處的空氣品質狀況,若要感知局部小範圍的空氣品質,則需仰賴相關感測器進行判斷。市售的空氣清淨機無法確保有效清潔範圍,大多採用長時間運轉來清淨空氣,耗時又耗能。本研究利用感測技術與水氧功能建構一智慧空氣清淨機,透過藍牙傳輸技術實現智慧分離感測,讓使用者可以即時掌握身處的空氣品質。裝置也能藉由設定或智慧學習各種情況,提供最佳的空氣清淨與水霧化效果,保護使用者的健康。裝置還能依不同的情境提供香氣;如睡眠時維持空氣濕潤與助眠味道,起床時啟動薄荷精油,幫助使用者有好精神。另外本裝置採用多層設計,可以輕易更換精油、濾網等耗材。實驗結果顯示,裝置可過濾99.9%以上的懸浮微粒,在距離0.5公尺內有最佳的清潔效率。希望藉由本設計讓使用者走到哪,好空氣跟到哪,而且聞得到「好空氣」。

 

In recent years, air pollution is a serious problem. Long-term exposure to air pollution will cause harm to human health and increase the risk of respiratory diseases, allergies, stroke and cancer. Air purifiers could filter the indoor air and improve indoor air quality. However, there are still have some blind spots on the use of the air purifier that haven't been solved. People could only rely on limited sensory or large-area sensing results to estimate the current air quality. The commercial air purifiers cannot ensure the effective cleaning range, and most use long-term operation to clean the air, which was time-consuming and energy-consuming. This study used sensing technology and water atomization function to construct a smart air purifier. To achieve the smart detached sensing by using Bluetooth transmission technology, which can help the user knows the air quality near their body instantly. The device can provide the best air cleaning and water atomization effect by setting or smart learning to protect the user health. The device could also provide aroma according to different situations; such as maintaining the air humidity and sleep-inducing smell during sleep, and releasing the peppermint essential oil when getting up, helping the user to have a good spirit. In addition, the device adopted a multi-layer design, which can easily replace consumables such as essential oils and air filters. The test results show that the device could filter more than 99.9% of particulate matter. The distance between the user and the cleaning device within 0.5m has the best cleaning efficiency.
